Pod koniec maja miałam okazję uczestniczyć w biegu organizowanym przez Nike.
Przyświecało mu hasło #lepszaja.

Każda uczestniczka w czasie zapisów mogła wybrać sobie dystans, który przebiegnie a potem czekało nas mnóstwo niespodzianek i atrakcji w (jeszcze) niewiadomym miejscu.

Hasło wzięłam sobie do serca i postanowiłam, że w czerwcu postaram się być lepszą wersją siebie!

We have best strawberries in a whole world! So we have to do a lot of strawberry recipes! After intensive weekend I've decided to do healthy sorbet.

I've checked few propositions on Pinterest but finally I've just improvise:
1. slice one banana and put into the freezer
2. wash and prepare some strawberries
3. blend strawberries in container that you can fit into your freezer
4. after 2-3 hours blend strawberry mass again
5. when strawberries are still quite soft, add frozen banana, half of avocado, few tablespoons of greek yoghurt - blend all together
6. if you think that strawberries that you're using are not very sweet, you can add some honey or agave syrup
7. after 2-3 hours blend again; if you have time - repeat
8. leave for night
9. on the next day:
- invite someone that you love
- put some sorbet into a medium bowls
- add what you like on top (fresh strawberries, blueberries, coconut or chocolate flakes, chia seeds etc.)
- enjoy!

How do you like to start your week?

For me, it will be always: exercises, coffee and god breakfast...

Only 13 ingredients: banana, honey, oat flakes, craberries, goji berries, linseed, pumpkin and sunfliwer seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, quinoa puffs, chia seeds! Phew! And started my day from nice #poweryoga session! Morning!!!
